Cornelia is pursuing her PhD as part of the SUBDENSE project, exploring the interests and agency of planners and landowners in suburban densification.

Her research interests include:

  • private property rights in planning and land policy
  • land policy instruments and strategies
  • transparency of land ownership

She is available to supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses connected to these topics.
