As part of the DIA's 30th Freiburg Real Estate Days, Prof. Dr. Kleiber was surprised with a commemorative publication on October 26, 2023.

As part of the 30th Freiburg Real Estate Days of the DIA (German Real Estate Academy), Prof. Dr. Kleiber was thanked for his (real estate) life's work on October 26, 2023 in the VIP lounge of the Freiburg stadium and on the occasion of his 80th birthday in early 2023. Prof. Dr. Kleiber was surprised with a commemorative publication entitled "Current challenges for real estate valuation, the real estate industry and land policy", authored among others by Prof. Dr. Thomas Hartmann and Dr. Astrid Maurer.
