Dr. Gregor Forschbach from the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building with a guest lecture on property and land policy

On Monday, the 13th of January 2025, we had the honour of welcoming Dr Gregor Forschbach from the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) for a guest lecture for Modul 14 "Land Policy". Dr Forschbach heads the division of "Land Policy, Land Law, Special Urban Planning Legislation" and gave a lecture on "Property and Land Policy", which not only provided the students with a practical insight into the subject matter of the course, but was also very inspiring in terms of future planning practice.
